We just had an interesting conversation with a nameless robot. We would share the chat log, but the robot would not give it up.

We would love a robot friend, but we are not sure AI has advanced to the point of consciousness yet outside of science fiction. When it does, we hope the cost of living with a robot is not prohibitive.

It probably will be, at least for the first decade or two.
